Jason Finlayson
Hello, and thanks for allowing me to introduce myself. I’m Jason
Finlayson. I’ve been proud to call the Cowichan Valley home for the past 29
years. I’ve been fortunate enough to enjoy a one of kind Vancouver Island
lifestyle which includes exploring west coast on my 30’ sailboat Kleewyck,
hiking, mountain biking and diving. There aren’t many places that can boast
snow skiing and golf all in the same day!
As a Realtor, I have the pleasure of assisting others in making their
Vancouver Island lifestyle dream a reality. For the past fifteen
years I have been a successful, full-time real estate representative at
Osborne Realty and more recently, the head of Finlayson and Associates at
Osborne Realty. I bring to Finlayson and Associates extensive business and
marketing expertise with diplomas in both finance and marketing from
Vancouver Island University (formerly Malaspina University-College) and
successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course in 1996. At Finlayson
and Associates we take pride in the ability to utilize the very latest
technologies and draw on years of experience to deliver service and results
you’ll be happy to recommend to friends and family. I look forward to
assisting you in the courteous professional manner I’ve become known for,
developed over my many years in both the real estate and hospitality
industries.
In order to deliver first class service and remain current with the ever
changing real estate environment, I routinely take time from my busy
schedule to attend Continuing Professional Education courses offered by the
B.C. Real Estate Association. As a current Director of the Vancouver Island
Real Estate Board and head of the technology portfolio I’m able to give back
to the real estate community while keeping abreast of the very latest
technology opportunities. I look forward to making your next real estate
