Greg Kothlow
Greg has lived on Vancouver Island since 1980,
when he moved his family to Victoria to take a loans manager position
with the Credit Union. Prior to this, Greg was with the chartered
banks for 10 years where he held various positions in administration,
personal loans, mortgages as well as Assistant Manager of Commercial
Lending. Greg and his family moved to Shawnigan Lake about one year
later.
He has been an active full time Realtor in the
Cowichan Valley since being licensed in 1991, listing and selling both
commercial and residential properties. Greg also has experience in
building homes. He prides himself in providing his clients with the
necessary information they need to make an informed decision with no
pressure.
Greg is an active member in a local golf course,
where he has held various positions in the Members Club.
