Bill McGowan
Bill comes from an aviation background as a pilot and aircraft
maintenance engineer. Bill's company has managed multi-million dollar
projects internationally and he has taught courses at the British Columbia
Institute of Technology (BCIT) and Northern Lights College.
Bill stays on the leading edge of new technologies and makes this
know-how work for his real estate clients. Clients will also appreciate the

monitoring of the real estate market.
Born and raised in B.C. Bill has worked and lived on the West Coast for
almost 30 years. His aviation career allowed him to see many parts of Canada
as well as other parts of the world but he still prefers to live and work in
this little piece of paradise here on Vancouver Island.
Bill also belongs to the Duncan Flying Club and, with his airplane and
digital cameras, offers his clients a unique “birds eye view” of the
Cowichan Valley with both still and video photography.
